Situation 1

A Customer has chosen a product and put it into the cast, started to purchase an order.

The Customer was distracted and forgot about shopping. Page is closed, order is not purchased.

If the Customer filled in the Email form despite not sending the form, the system will send him a reminder that the order is ready to be purchased.

The Customer goes back and finishes the purchasing.

Situation 2

A Customer bought an item, for example, a camera. But he hasn’t ordered any of the Related Products.

A few hours pass.

The system sends the Customer a letter in which it offers him to buy a flash-card, a bag and a lens on profitable terms.

The Customer goes back and buys what he has been offered.
